Shipping policy

We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our total shipping time is roughly 7-14 days, which includes processing time.

Processing Time

Due to the large volume of orders, please allow 1-3 business days of processing time before your order is shipped. 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become visible in the system.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, due to rapid order forwarding to our warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to initiate a product return.
