Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To keep our prices as low as possible, the cost of return shipping is not included. If a return is requested, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To start a return, contact us at hello@riodelavie.com with your order number and reason for returning. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and confirm that your returned item meets the abovementioned criteria, we will notify you via email. You will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@riodelavie.com.
Some items cannot be returned, including beauty and hygiene products (if used), custom or personalized items, sale and clearance items, and gift cards.
